Shogun Treasury

Shogun Treasury is a smart contract owned by Shogun that holds protocol-owned assets.

Shogun Treasury will initially be contributed with 30,250,000 SHO Tokens (30.25% of the total SHO), to be utilized for any efforts related to enhance Shogun Protocol's value. Shogun Governance has the sole ownership and control over the treasury, so in order for any assets in Treasury to be utilized, one would need to raise a poll at Shogun Governance Smart Contract, and receive enough vxSHO votes that meet both quroum and majority.

Protocol-owned-liquidty initiative is built in within Shogun Protocol's design, so that Shogun Protocol can be long term sustainable. 60% of the value generated from vMESH voting will be contributed to the protocol as SHO-USDC.
